EDUCATION · Corporate Training

Bringing Claude to your team.

byteforce runs in-house seminars and workshops for corporate teams, bringing hands-on Claude Code and agent-development training directly to your organization. We don't stop at the lecture — we carry it through to applying what you've learned in your team's actual work. The team delivering this has completed 14 official Anthropic courses and specializes in Claude.

에이전트An AI program that carries out multi-step work without being told each step.

WHAT WE TEACH

We teach it three ways.

  • In-house seminars & workshops

We shape the content around your team's size and goals — from the big picture of AI adoption to hands-on practice, focused on what you can put to use right away.

  • Hands-on Claude Code team training

Your team learns Claude Code and agent development by doing it — working directly in a real codebase alongside us.

  • In-house CCAR-F certification prep

We help your team develop CCAR-F (Anthropic's official technical certification) holders, so the work continues on its own after training ends.

TRACKS / AUDIENCES

Four tracks, matched to who is learning.

  • Corporate teams

Group programs for working teams — the workshop and hands-on formats below are this track.

  • Universities & public institutions

Hands-on courses for students and staff. Curricula built around making real things with Claude Code and agents, with on-site delivery and a curriculum-plus-quote reply in one flow.

  • First steps with AI

An experience-first introduction for people using AI for the first time — together with woollim, a QR-start experience studio, at events and training days, leading into the next stage of training.

  • Private & small-group

One-on-one tutoring and small groups capped at four. Opened by inquiry only — no public enrollment — with schedule and curriculum built around the learner. Details in the private sessions section below.

PRIVATE SESSIONS · BY INQUIRY

Some classes we don't advertise.

One-on-one tutoring and small groups of up to four, in Busan — no signup page; opened by inquiry only, in months when the schedule allows. Each curriculum is designed from scratch around the learner's goals, taught the way byteforce builds and runs its own products.

  • FORMAT1:1 or a small group of up to four — in person in Busan; others by arrangement
  • SCOPEFrom vibe coding (designing by talking, building with AI) to hands-on Claude Code

Structure, schedule, and group size are proposed to match your team's size and goals.

EXAMPLE DAY

A 7-hour day, filled like this.

The schedule below is an example structure — not a fixed agenda. We rework the stages and time allocation to fit your team's size and goals.

  1. Alignment · the big picture

We start by aligning on how your team works and what you're aiming for — treating AI adoption as a change in how work runs, not just a new tool.

  2. First hands-on with Claude Code

Everyone installs Claude Code in their own environment and learns it by doing — this is a build-it training, not a watch-it training.

  3. Agent development practice

Working in your team's actual codebase, we build out an agent workflow together.

  4. Applying it to your own work

Everyone applies what they've learned directly to their own work, aiming for a result you can walk away with the same day.

  5. Review · keeping it secure

We review what's been built together, look at the vulnerabilities that come with fast-built code, and cover how to keep it secure.

  6. Carrying it forward

We set a path for your team to keep going after the workshop ends — through in-house CCAR-F prep and real-world application.

Time allocation and stages are examples — we rework them to fit your headcount and goals.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

When training ends, your team does this work directly.

We don't promise results in numbers. Instead, we describe the skills your team walks away with — taught the way byteforce actually works in the field.

  • Build it yourself

This is a build-it training, not a watch-it training. You install Claude Code in your own environment and produce results by working hands-on.

  • Develop agents

Working in your team's actual codebase, you design and build agent workflows — moving past using tools to writing them yourself.

  • Apply it to your own work

You apply what you've learned directly to your own work, aiming for a result you can walk away with the same day.

  • Keep it secure

You build an eye for spotting vulnerabilities in fast-built code, and learn how to review and secure what you make.

  • Your team carries it on

In-house CCAR-F prep and real-world application give your team a path to keep going on its own after training ends.

WHY US

We stay through real-world application.

byteforce has completed 14 official Anthropic courses — the people teaching you are the same people who build and operate this in production. So we don't stop at the lecture; we stay through applying what you've learned to your team's actual work. Meeting through training and continuing on to on-site transformation (AX) is a path you can take from here too.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

What does it cost?

It depends on structure, duration, and headcount, so we work it out together. Tell us your team size, timeline, and topics you'd like to cover, and we'll come back with a proposal and quote. We don't publish a fixed price list.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

Our corporate group courses are built around applications of 12 or more. Beyond that, group size is worked out together based on your team's size and how you'd like to run it.

Can this run online, or is it on-site only?

Delivery format is worked out to fit your team's situation. Tell us your headcount, timeline, and environment, and we'll agree on the right format together.

Can this be tailored to our team's situation?

Customization is the default. We start by aligning on how your team works and what you're aiming for, then rework the topics and time allocation and reply with a plan. The stages and timing in the day's flow are examples, not a fixed schedule.

What is CCAR-F?

CCAR-F (Claude Certified Architect – Foundations, formerly CCA-F) is Anthropic's official technical certification. In-house CCAR-F prep develops certification holders within your team, so the work can continue on its own after training ends.

What happens after training ends?

We don't stop at the lecture. We stay through applying what you've learned to your team's actual work, and in-house CCAR-F prep helps your team keep going on its own. Meeting through training and continuing on to on-site transformation (AX) is a path you can take from here too.

GPT is strong too — why teach Claude?

Not because one tool is best. What we teach is a way of working that holds up whichever model wins; the tool used in the hands-on work happens to be Claude. Models keep changing, but the way of working stays with your team even when the tool does not.

We're worried our data leaks out when staff use AI.

The questions and edits your staff put into AI are themselves your company's know-how. If that only accumulates on an outside service, none of it stays with the company. Our training aims to keep that way of working inside your team — and, where needed, we design it into your own structure.

Cost and group size depend on structure and are worked out together — tell us your headcount and timeline, and we'll come back with a proposal.
