FOR ENTERPRISE

We don't stop at training. We go on-site, all the way to transformation.

As a Claude-focused team, we take enterprise AI transformation through one continuous chain — from training to deployment and operations.

에이전트An AI program that carries out multi-step work without being told each step.

LLMLarge Language Model — the class of AI models, like Claude, that read and write text.

We're a Claude-focused team in Korea that pairs training with hands-on deployment.

Why training alone stalls

We got the certificate, the way we work stayed the same.

Many companies run an AI training session once. When the course ends, what's left is materials and a certificate — and the actual work goes right back to where it was before training.

The people who learned don't know where to apply it, and the prototypes they built never make it to production. Next quarter, another vendor's training gets ordered.

So the budget keeps going into training, again and again, while the capability to build and run it yourselves never builds up in-house.

There's a gap between training, applying it, and running it in production.

WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY

Plenty of vendors sell training.

Few go all the way to transformation.

byteforce meets you in training, then the same team goes on-site to build the system and stays through operations. What we sell, and where it ends, is different.

Claude-focused, officially credentialed, and staying through operations — all three, in one place.

Claude-focused
We don't cover generic LLM theory — we go deep on the Claude Code and agent stack specifically.
Official credentials
byteforce engineers have completed 14 official Anthropic courses and specialize in Claude.
Stays through operations
We don't stop at a report — an FDE builds directly on your infrastructure and stays through operations after deployment.

Where traditional consulting writes down what to do, byteforce builds it, right there.

HOW IT WORKS

We meet in training, and go all the way to production with you.

The flow runs one direction. What one stage leaves behind, the next picks up exactly as it is.

  1. Training EngineStarting point

Seminars, workshops, and CCAR-F training get your team hands-on with Claude Code. This is where we find the people who'll go on-site with us.

What it leaves behind: People to go on-site with + official CCAR-F credential holders

  2. On-site DiagnosisFDE ①

We look directly at your workflows and data, and decide together what to automate.

What it leaves behind: What to automate, and in what order

  3. Build TogetherFDE ②

We build and deploy the system together with your team. Your team's capability grows as we build.

What it leaves behind: A running system + a team that leveled up alongside it

  4. Deploy & Stay Through OperationsFDE ③

For a while after deployment, we stay through operations together until it settles in.

What it leaves behind: Operations that have settled in — with no outside dependency

Training → Diagnosis → Build → Operations. What's left at the end is a running system, with no outside dependency.

CONVERSION FLOW

A signal that starts at education flows one direction, all the way to operations.

The same team carries all three stops without a handoff — what one stage produces becomes the next stage's starting point. What's left at the end is a system your team can run on its own.

  1. Education

Seminars, workshops, and CCAR-F training get your team hands-on with Claude Code.

  2. Transformation

The same team goes on-site to build and deploy the system.

  3. Operations

After deployment, we stay through operations until it runs on its own — no outside dependency.

Education → Transformation → Operations. The signal flows one direction only — no stage runs backward.

PROGRAMS

Start down one of two paths.

Bring capability into your team, or bring a system on-site. The two connect.

Corporate Training — Capability for your team

  • Seminar

A short session that introduces your team to Claude Code and agent development.

    Seminar inquiry
  • Workshop

A hands-on format where we build together, using a real work task you bring.

    Workshop inquiry
  • In-house CCAR-F training

We train your people to hold the official Claude credential (CCAR-F), so the capability stays after the training ends.

Format, cohort size, and schedule are proposed to match your team's size and goals.

    Training program inquiry

AX Transformation — Systems on-site · FDE

  • Enterprise-wide Transformation (FDE)

A Forward-Deployed Engineer goes on-site to build the system, deploy it, and stay through operations with you.

Scope and timeline depend on your specific situation. Tell us what's happening first.

FAQ

What teams ask before they start.

Scope, contracts, integration, security, getting started — anything without a fixed answer, we work out together.

How much do you take on — just training, or the build too?

Both, and everything that connects them. You can bring us in for training alone (seminars, workshops, in-house CCAR-F training), or go straight into on-site transformation (FDE). Most of the time, we meet in training, and the same team carries through to on-site build, deployment, and operations in one chain.

What's the contract unit, and how long does it take?

We don't run fixed packages or a set timetable. Scope and timeline depend on your situation, so we listen first and propose a unit and schedule together. Training stays short; transformation is scoped to your site.

We already have systems in place — do we have to rip them out?

No. FDE builds and deploys directly on your existing infrastructure. We leave your tools and data where they are, and layer a Claude Code / agent-driven flow on top. Where exactly, we decide together during on-site diagnosis.

How do you handle security?

byteforce runs a separate Security Center staffed by working white-hat engineers. The same team reviews vulnerabilities in fast-built code and closes them safely. Specific data handling and access scope are worked out at the contract stage, matched to your site's policy.

Do you work with AI stacks other than Claude?

byteforce is a Claude-focused team that has completed 14 official Anthropic courses, and we go deep on the Claude Code and agent stack specifically. It's not generic LLM theory — it's a team that owns one stack end to end.

How do we get started?

One paragraph on what's happening on your end is enough. We'll work out together whether to start with training or go straight into transformation, then propose scope, unit, and schedule. A consultation request, or a direct email or call, both work.
